I am a mother, and during the day, I prepare all the things that my kids and husband need and I start my work during my free time. We can manage the time because most companies allow flex-time in work as long as they report the exact time allotted for them to work.
2. We can have a wide-range of selection regarding the job that we want. The good thing about it is that it offers too many choices of work, we can choose a web design, ghost writing, article marketing, SEO or Search Engine Optimization, email work, social networking, personal marketing assistants, and more.
3. Since we are working from a home-office, we can have all the confidence that we want, no strict boss around, no gossip among employees, no more rushing around for the bus, and most importantly we do not have to deal with other people who have different personalities.
4. Since there are so many jobs that are available today on the web, we do not have to worry about mass termination or mass lay-off because we can easily find one on the Internet.
5. For those people who would want to have an extra job, working from home allows us to have the ability to choose the hours that we want.
6. Most mothers today can still do their household chores, and look after their kids.
7. To work from home is more convenient rather than working in an office building on a fixed schedule. Think of the hassle of reporting for a certain company and working daily on a 9-5 schedule, aside from the fact that it is tedious it can also create stressful situations.

10. Many companies look for younger employees. An online job does not care about the age.
There are so many benefits that we can think regarding working from home or having an online job. These are some of the most basic advantages that we usually observe today. The next time that we get laid-off, try to have an online job, or online career.
