There, the court reporter inputs this information into his or her laptop computer and, upon returning home, uploads the information to the company. Court researcher's salaries vary. Similar to the requirements of a court researcher, working as an academic writer will not require a continuous Internet connection. While it helps to make the research easier, books found in local libraries can serve as sources in the "works cited" section.
