A mom is torn between choosing her family or her career. More often than not, career women feel guilty about staying at home for several reasons including her desire to fulfill her career ambition. Finally, the decision whether mothers should work full time or part time in their home-based jobs is for the mothers themselves to decide. While there are working moms who prefer full time home-based work because of the size of the pay check needed, there are also those whose circumstances only require that they work a few hours a day. Being organized and managing the time available for work and family will become very important to the moms working at home whatever they decide.
