Mothers who have kids going to school can send their kids to the school first before starting the day's work without worrying whether they'll be late or not. However, although home-based jobs are time flexible, we must also consider that there are deadlines to meet especially if you are working for an employer. You must always meet the required output and time frame at the end of the day. Even if you are in charge of your own time, you should see to it, as well, that you are always productive.

After your office work, you have to rush home to prepare a dinner for the family, and get the kids ready to bed. At the end of the day, you are really stressed out.
However, if you have a homeworkers job, you do not have to experience the traffic, you do not have to get reprimanded by your boss due to tardiness, nobody will pressure you at work, and you have more time to do your house-work because not having to commute gives you a stack more time. Your time is yours to manage, thus you will feel more relaxed and comfortable.
