Why Envelope Stuffing Work From Home Jobs Are A Scam

It still amazes me to this day that home assembly and envelope stuffing work from home scams still manage to trick as many people as they do into handing over there hard earned cash thinking it's a great opportunity. What surprises me even more is that both remain more popular than legitimate opportunities like affiliate marketing and paid surveys.
The envelope stuffing work from home scam is probably the oldest scam of all yet it is still one of the first opportunities budding home workers look at - and fall victim to.
In your newspaper, email inbox or online adverts you cannot have failed to come across envelope stuffing work from home "opportunities. They usually claim that for a small set up fee, which is apparently there to stop THEM from losing money, they can start you up with a mini empire and will pay you a couple of dollars or more for every envelope that you stuff and soon you will be earning thousands of dollars a week.
Sadly this is complete BS. What really happens is that once you pay your fee you will receive a letter or an email that will explain to you how that you will only make money by tricking people into the same scam you have just fallen victim to.
Yes ladies and gentlemen all of a sudden envelope stuffing work from home opportunities are actually more akin to those stupid poison chain letters. You are told that in order to make any money you must yourself place the same advert, that you originally replied to, in newspapers and magazines or persuade your friends and family by sending them the ad - this is the only way you can make money.
Home assembly work from home scams work in a slightly different way. What these do is ask for a fee to pay for the cost of materials and instructions which you then put together to make items that you are told has already been pre-purchased by a company.
When the work is complete however the company will claim that the items do not pass there quality control (even if they where perfect) so they aren't going to pay you. Not only have you lost your money but you will also be left with pieces of unsellable junk.
With paid surveys a far easier and safer option for those looking for an easy income I don't know why people still get conned by home assembly and envelope stuffing work from home scams. And for those that are looking for a chance to make large amounts of money affiliate marketing may take a little more work but is ultimately more rewarding both financially and personally.
