It is free to register with the majority and you are able to upload your CV/Resume and may well be headhunted if you have previous experience and good skills.
There are many customer service phone jobs that can be done at home depending on the company's policy on whether they are hiring independent contractors or as a employee. Decide first on whether you want to work at home or at the headquarter of the company. You may feel quite isolated working from home but may be able to do hours to suit.
